Congratulations to:

The group is very proud to congratulate the five scouts from 2nd Boksburg (St Michael's) Scout Group that have been selected to attend the 22nd World Jamboree in Sweden during July - August 2011. They are Mikaela Rushworth, Rowan Maree, Brandon Hutton, Joshua Waurich and Jaryd Walker.

This is a very expensive camp to attend as the cost is estimated to be R 25 000 per scout, but for 25 days overseas including the 10 days at the World Jamboree it will be worth every cent. As this event is only held every 4 years it is not always possible for all scouts to be in the correct age bracket of 14 - 18 years, but the lucky ones it will be a experience of a lifetime.
